The AT25XE021A is one of the world’s lowest power Serial Flash Device. It boasts 200nA Ultra Deep Power Down currents. The device operates from 1.65V-3.6V and up to 85MHz. the AT25XE021A has a flexible erase architecture and can be erased in 4,32,64Kbyte blocks or a full chip erase. The device also offers flexible Writes in which it can be programmed either by Bytes or by Page(256bytes) and has Dual-Input Byte/Page Program capability along with Sequential Program Mode capability. The smMEM-AT25XE021 provides an easy to use, low-cost, very small breakout board for the AT25XE021A. All pins are all mapped to standard 2.54mm/0.1” headers. This allows for use in a standard bread-board or to be ‘wired’ into an application. The header-header spacing is 10.2mm (400mil).
