IAQ-LOGR Introduction

This forum is where information can be shared and questions can be asked related to the Sensor Maestros IAQ-LOGR.  The IAQ-LOGR is an open source wireless Indoor Air Quality Data Logger.  The IAQ-LOGR is based on the Sensor Maestros SENSR-LOGR hardware platform.  The IAQ-LOGR application is a Connectable BLE Beacon application that includes Ambient Light, Temperature, Humidity, and CO2 sensors.  The application provides an open source firmware application using the Zephyr software IDE platform.  The sensor IC's are on breakout boards using standardized smBLOCK pinouts to be compatible with the SENSR-LOGR base board.  The IAQ-LOGR firmware application utilizes a serial flash to data-log sensor data to the serial flash.  When connected to a BLE Client such as the SENSR-LOGR mobile app the application transfers/synchronizes the stored sensor data with the BLE Client.  The sensor log file(s) can be transferred to a cloud storage location or sent via email as a comma delimited file(*.csv) for external graphing and analysis.  The SENSR-LOGR mobile app allows individual sensor sampling intervals and other sensor variables to be configured.  The Data-Logging interval and Advertising Interval are also configurable via the SENSR-LOGR app.  The open source firmware application will be available to the public via Github in January 2026.  The IAQ-LOGR hardware implementation will be available via the Sensor Maestros website also in January 2026.  This is the first of many applications that will be available using the SENSR-LOGR hardware platform.
